P-We-109 Preparation and Physicochemical Properties of Silver Modified Activated Carbons Made from Waste Materials

The aim of this study was to prepare the series of activated carbons from walnut shells. The influence of silver on the physico-chemical and surface properties was studied. The Ag loaded samples show domination of redox character and appeared to be attractive for the catalysis addressed to the NO2 reduction.
