O-M-403-3 Single-Site Osmium Catalysts on MgO: Synthesis, Reactivity, and Catalysis of CO Oxidation

We report MgO-supported osmium complexes that are among the best-defined single-site supported metal catalysts, offering  new chemistry with the metal in a range of oxidation states and related to Sharpless chemistry in solution; the oxygen ligands are the first identified in a supported site-isolated noble metal catalyst.
