In this contribution the behavior of a Cobalt Fischer-Tropsch catalyst in a slurry reactor under transient conditions (change of H2/CO-ratio) is investigated. For this purpose two experimental methods are applied: (i) Step-change experiments with model-based analysis, (ii) periodic change of inlet H2/CO-ratio and comparison with steady state experiments.
