New, low temperature combustion engine exhaust has lower NOX but higher hydrocarbon and CO concentrations when compared to a standard diesel engine, and has lower exhaust temperatures.  For this application we’ve studied different ratios of bimetallic Pt:Pd oxidation catalysts, specifically to understand kinetics of CO and propylene oxidation.
