To study the morphological and chemical transformations of the unpromoted and K-promoted iron catalysts during the carburization/Fischer-Tropsch processes in a CSTR using TEM, and Mössbauer spectroscopy, and to elucidate the reasons why the deactivation rate passes through a minimum with increasing K loading.
