O-Th-Com-12 Experimental Evidence for the Mechanism Behind the Unusual NH3 Overconsumption During SCR over Fe-zeolites

15NO was used to investigate NH3 overconsumption during SCR over Fe-zeolites. 14NO was observed, when using 15NO+14NH3+O2. This occurred at 250oC, where no regular ammonia oxidation is observed. Since the only source of 14N is 14NH3, the produced 14NO originates from 14NH3 oxidation, which only occurs in presence of NO.
