Novel pulse electrodeposited catalysts have been synthesized, characterized, and tested for CO hydrogenation reaction. Pulse electrodeposition is a technique in which current/voltage pulses are applied to deposit metals/alloys from their electrolytes. The desired products were C2-C4 alcohols and hydrocarbons which can be used as fuel/fuel additives and chemicals.
