P-M-Cle-11 Inverse Catalysts of Aluminum Oxide on Pt(111) Prepared by Atomic Layer Deposition

In the present work, a novel preparation method of an inverse catalyst, Al2O3on Pt(111), is presented. A  UHV-compatible ALD technique was used to design an inverse model catalyst of Al2O3/Pt(111) which was tested with a probe reaction at atmospheric pressure.
