P-M-BRC-101 Sulfided CoMo Over Alumina Modified with Basic Additives. Effect of Organic Agents over HDS Activity

In this work, we report on the use of three different organic agents over the properties of CoMo catalysts supported on Al2O3 modified by La or Mg addition. Sulfided formulations were tested in the benzothiophene HDS and characterized by several techniques to try to explain the activity trends found.
