This paper discusses the adsorption study of Di-methyl-dibenzothiphene from commercial ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) by silver based adsorbent. In equilibrium saturation tests, Ag/TiO2 sorbent was able to desulfurize 15cc/g of commercial ULSD and titration with probe molecule showed that there is a relationship between sulfur adsorption capacity and surface acidity.
