Palladium Decoration Chemistry on Carbon Supports

This study presents a comprehensive understanding of how Pd-carbon support interaction occurs under various pretreatment conditions. A systematic discrepancy is observed in the particle sizes obtained by X-Ray Diffraction and Chemisorption whereas both are individually found to agree fairly well with Electron Microscopy particle sizes.
