The isothermal, steady-state light-off behavior and kinetics of co-oxidation of CO and hydrocarbons (e.g. propylene) using monolith catalysts synthesized with Pd, ceria-zirconia, and/or alumina washcoat supports have been studied with experiments designed to elucidate the effect of multi-component catalysts on CO and hydrocarbon oxidation as well as light-off performance.
