Process Intesification in Synthesis Gas Conversion with Compact Reactors

Compact heat exchange reactor has excellent heat and mass transfer and demonstrated process intensification with highly exothermic synthesis gas conversion reactions in methanol, mixed alcohol synthesis and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. Ni-Mo₂C catalyst is a promising catalyst for mixed alcohol synthesis with high C2+ alcohol productivity and selectivity without sulfur.
