We have developed a high-throughput instrument capable of ALD synthesis and catalysis testing in a single reactor. The HT-ALD-CAT instrument was successfully employed in the deposition of surface organometallic catalysts for hydrocarbon oxidation/reduction, and in the application of inorganic oxide overcoats for investigations of metal-support effects.
