Structure-Reactivity Relationships of Ni-NiO Core-Shell Co-Catalysts on Ta2O5 for Solar Hydrogen Production

This work shows the structure-reactivity relations of Ni-NiO core-shell co-catalysts at the atomic level. It also reveals the nano-level evolution of the co-catalyst during deactivation. This information gives insights on reaction and deactivation mechanisms and provides guidance for future catalyst design.
