Steady-state kinetic measurements of the rate and selectivity for H₂O₂ formation are used to determine the mechanism of this reaction, how it depends on the composition of Pd and PdAu cluster catalysts, and how increasing reaction temperatures reduce the selectivity to H₂O₂.
