Reduction of low-temperature NOemissions from lean-burn engines during cold starts represents a significant challenge to the automotive industry. Development of NOx reduction systems possessing satisfactory low temperature performance can facilitate the implementation of more energy efficient engines. These results indicate Ce-based materials are promising candidates for low temperature PNA applications.
