Keynote

The unsurpassed reactivity of enzymes is usually explained by the specific interaction of molecules at the catalytic center, which is surrounded by a very specific environment.  The lecture will describe approaches to match such specificity with inorganic oxides and nanoparticles of metals by tailoring the environment around the active site.
