P-Mo-B-41 Metallic Pt after Calcination: Effect of Calcination Atmosphere, Pt Precursor and Support on Pt Species

Supported Pt catalysts are widely used and metallic Pt particles are commonly suggested to be active sites. In this work, the effect of calcination gases was systematically investigated and metallic Pt can be also found under air calcination. Various characterization techniques were used to analyze the status of Pt species.
