P-Tu-B-136 Operando Study of Low Temperature C3H8 Oxidation over NixCo3-xO4 Nano-Array Catalysts: Ni Dopant Effect, Reaction Mechanism and Structural Stability

We have demonstrated Ni doped Co3O4 can enhance the propane oxidation performance and verified the Mars-van Krevelen reaction mechanism by operando DRIFTS and isotope oxygen exchange. The catalyst stability characterized by Raman,  XPS and XRD shows a balance between promoted catalytic activity and decreased thermal stability is needed for practical application.
