(Al and Nb)-pillared clays to produce C₂-C₄ fuels from the dehydration of methanol reaction.These materials were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and N₂ adsorption/desorption isotherms. The acid sites were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) after pyridine adsorption and temperature-programmed desorption (NH₃-TPD).
