In this work, the decomposition of acetic acid (HOAC), a model molecule for bio-oil,  was carried out to investigate the influence of Pd precursor in two different supports.  Maximum H2 selectivity was obtained at 700ºC (52%) for the Pd/Al2O3-Aca catalyst. Catalysts prepared with palladium acetylacetonate as precursor were more active
