Synergetic Effect in Bimetallic Au-Ag/TiO2 Catalysts for CO Oxidation: Insights from in Situ Characterization

Au-Ag/TiO₂ activated under H₂ at 550 °C present high activity and stability in the CO oxidation reaction due to a compromise between the particle size and the bimetallic character of the nanoparticles. This work provides a better understanding of the chemical phenomena occurring during the preparation and thermal reduction treatment
