P-Mo-B-76 CdS Semiconductors Modified By Metal Nanoparticles (Au, Cu and Ni) for Photocatalytic Hydrogen Production Using Visible Light

This work reports the effect of metal nanoparticles supported on CdS fibers for the photocatalytic hydrogen production from a ethanol-water solution. The presence of these metallic particles on the semiconductor surface, effectively enhances the activity of CdS observed under visible light.
