O-W-407-1 Is There Still Life in the Geometric Model of Sulfide Catalysts?

We verified that the geometric model of MoS2 could be combined with oxygen chemisorption on supported Co-Mo catalysts to provide an estimate of the Co/MoS2 crystallite size and also estimate the relative population of edge and corner atoms.   We also determined how sulfide size affects selectivity of HDS versus olefin saturation.
