Influence of Soot on SCR-Coated Diesel Particulate Filters

To fulfill the emission standards for diesel vehicles a diesel particulate filter with an ammonia SCR active catalyst coated on its walls is a promising technology. In order to optimize this system, the influence of soot on the ammonia storage and DeNOx functionality of the catalyst needs to be understood.
