Sulfur tolerance of platinum catalysts was investigated for Water-Gas Shift reaction. Pt/CeO₂ and Pt/CeZrO₂ catalysts showed higher catalytic activity, but exhibited some deactivation in the clean and sour conditions. Pt/ZrO₂ was less deactivated in the sour reaction and showed a good recovery in a short period of time.
