O-M-Jon-1 A First-Principles Analysis on the Role of Alloying Pt with Mo on the Electrocatalytic Oxidation of Ethanol

This work examines the electrocatalytic activation of ethanol over Pt and PtMo alloys. The results show that the addition of Mo aids in the activation of the alcohol and the oxidation of the C1 intermediates that form.
