An integrated process combining fast-hydropyrolysis and catalytic hydrodeoxygenation has been proposed for converting biomass to liquid fuel. In this presentation, we summarize our ongoing catalyst development for on-stream hydrodeoxygenation of cellulose hydropyrolysis vapors in a continuous high-pressure lab-scale reactor.
