P-Tu-Cle-12 Fe and Cu Sites of Controlled Dispersion on Alkali-modified Oxide Supports: Oxidation and Hydrogenation Catalysts

This work presents a straightforward and effective procedure to introduce well-defined, highly-dispersed Fe and Cu centers on SiO2  and CeO2 by incipient wetness impregnation of the support with aqueous, anionic Fe3+ and Cu2+ complexes of EDTA followed by oxidative heat-treatment.
