P-M-Cle-15 Studies of Thin Film Metal Oxide Nanocrystal and Metal-metal Oxide Core-shell Model Catalysts

The reactivity of TiO2 nanocrystals and Pd@CeO2 core-shell particles was studied in UHV using surface science techniques (e.g. XPS and TPD).  The results help to bridge the gap between model single crystal catalysts and real world, high surface area catalysts.
