O-Tu-BRA-14 Bi-Functional Catalyst for Conversion of 2-Methylfuran to Biodiesel

In this study, mesoporous ZSM-5 has been synthesized and applied as support for bi-functional catalyst for 2-MF upgrading to biodiesels. Compared with conventional ZSM-5, the mesoporous ZSM-5 has larger pore for 2-MF to access and lead to doubled conversion rate.
