P-M-BRC-9 Propane Oxidation over Monolith Washcoat Supported Ruthenium Catalysts and CO Promotion Effect

The monolith washcoat supported ruthenium catalysts are used for propane oxidation. A remarkable effect of the oxide supports was observed.  Ru/TiO2  and Ru/SnO2 exhibit the best performance for propane oxidation in comparing other precious metal catalysts. CO exhibits significant promotion effect on propane oxidation over the ruthenium catalysts.
