O-W-Com-6 Enhanced Performance in Propane Dehydrogenation Catalysts by Pt Supported on Sn-Modified Alumina

Sn-modified alumina by a sol-gel method, with an optimum Sn content of 7.5 wt%, stabilizes Pt nanoparticles and enhances performance in propane dehydrogenation. This investigation on the interaction between Pt, Sn and alumina provides a foundation for the design of effective and stable catalysts for propane dehydrogenation.
