O-Th-Jon-9 In situ XAS and AP-XPS of Ni-Cu Supported Catalysts under Ethanol Dehydrogenation Reaction

In-situ XAS and AP-XPS are utilized in this study to determine the effect reaction and pretreatment conditions have on a catalyst’s surface, as well as to make comparisons between techniques.  Studies were completed varying active metal composition as well as support material to determine effects on catalytic activity and selectivity.
