Structure Sensitivity Conferred By Decoration of Low-Coordination Sites: Pt Cluster Size Effects in CO Oxidation at Moderate Temperatures

This work provides mechanistic interpretations of kinetic and isotopic data for CO oxidation on Pt at moderate temperatures (700-800 K) and describes the implications for observed effects of cluster size on turnover rates and a sensitivity to structure absent at lower or higher temperatures.
