Biogas, composed of approximately 50% CH4, 50% CO2, is produced from anaerobic digestion of biomass but is not often used due to its low heating value and tendency to emit pollutants when combusted.  This research investigates the ability of a Rh/γ-Al2O3 catalyst to reform biogas with a chlorocarbon impurity to syngas.
