Synthesizing and Applying Shape-Controlled Pt Nanoparticles for Electrocatalytic Reaction

The shape-controlled Pt nanodendrites showed a superior activity, selectivity, and durability for ORR. Furthermore, Pt dendrites of various sizes were applied as cathode catalysts in a PEMFC. The Pt cubes immobilized on the carbon supports were synthesized without surface-capping agent, and showed a superior specific activity and durability for ORR.
