Synthesis and Characterization of Supported Multi-Metal Nanoparticles As Model-Catalysts in Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis

Catalysts prepared by supporting well-defined Co and Co/Mn bimetallic nanocyrstals enable the investigation of effects of particle size, shape, and composition on the activity and selectivity of such material in a controlled manner. In this contribution we focus on the preparation of nanoparticles and their immobilization on porous support materials.
