From High Throughput Lab to Pilot Plant Scale – A Parallel Testing of Hydroprocessing Catalysts

hte has developed standard operating procedures (SOP) for parallel testing of commercial catalysts at scales of 1-100 ml. This case study presents data from screening of commercial hydroprocessing catalysts by comparing the high throughput SOP with pilot plant data. Parameters for controlling the hydrodynamics at different scales will be discussed.
