O-F-Com-7 Simultaneous HDS and HDN of Model Compounds om NiMoS2 Catalysts Supported on Mesoporous Materials

MoS2 and Ni-MoS2 supported on alumina or mesoporous materials of varying composition were characterized and tested for hydrotreatment of model compounds. The Ni-promotion, morphology of the active phase, and concentration of adsorption sites (all affecting in varying extent the hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation processes) strongly depend on the support composition.
