Design of Ru Loaded Zeolite Catalysts for Hydrogen-free Production of Conjugate Linoleic Acids and Conjugated Oils

Conjugated linoleic acids (CLAs) and conjugated vegetable oils are interesting compounds in the coatings, paints and polymer industries as well as in the feed and food industry. This contribution presents the direct production of CLAs and conjugated oils over Ru supported on hierarchical zeolites.
