Broaden the Composition Range of Molecular Sieves with Chabazite Structure Type

Zeolitic and zeotype mateials having the chabazite framework have received much interest for MTO and NOx abatement. We developed synthesis methods using a series of designed organic templates. These templates are effective for F-free synthesis of low-Si SAPO-CHA, including AlPO4-CHA, and chabazite (aluminosilicate) having a wide range of Si/Al ratios.
