O-F-BRA-4 Highly Active and Stable Ir/MgAl2O4 and Rh/MgAl2O4 Catalysts for the Steam Reforming of Tars and Methane: A Combined Theoretical and Experimental Study

The purpose was to investigate steam reforming of methane (SMR) and representative tars in biogas models. Here we combined experimental and theoretical work focusing on the beneficial metal-support interactions observed for Rh and Ir when supported on MgAl2O4 as compared to Al2O3.
