Selective Catalytic Reduction of NOx with NH3 over Ag/Al2O3 Studied with DFT Calculations

Using density functional theory we present a possible reaction route for NO and NO2 reduction with ammonia over hydroxylated gamma alumina. The results are used to reviese the importance of Ag for the NOx reduction process under oxygen excess.
