O-W-BRA-7 Spectroscopic Investigation of Biomass Oxygenates on Zeolites

In this research, we use DRIFTS and solid-state NMR to determine the interaction and reactions of biomass oxygenates on zeolites, catalyst which play important role for hydrocarbon production via biomass pyrolysis. It is found that the catalyst acidity affects the conversion of methanol, acetic acid, and aldehyde differently.
