Operando Raman spectroscopy revealed that choice of vanadium precursor was found to have a significant effect on dispersion of the supported vanadium oxide phase, with some favoring V₂O₅ NP formation even at low loadings. The propane ODP reactivity trend is discussed on the basis of spectrally observed vanadium molecular structures.
