Operando Raman spectroscopy revealed that choice of vanadium precursor was found to have a significant effect on dispersion of the supported vanadium oxide phase, with some favoring V2O5 NP formation even at low loadings. The propane ODP reactivity trend is discussed on the basis of spectrally observed vanadium molecular structures.
