Hydroformylation Catalysis at Eastman Chemical

Eastman Chemical has a long term hydroformylation research program that has produced several successful low pressure rhodium catalyst technologies.  The development of a few of these ligands (the bidentate BISBI ligand and the more recent halophosphites) will be discussed.
