Evaluation of Volumetric and Pulsed Chemisorption Methodology for Supported Pd Catalysts

This work details optimum use and the limitations of pulsed and volumetric chemisoprtion techniques for Pd/Al2O3 catalysts with varying Pd particle sizes. This is a part of Eastman’s ongoing collaborative effort between the catalysis and analytical laboratories to address the ambiguities in measuring and interpreting Pd dispersion and CO uptake values.
