Novel Catalytic Material with Enhanced Heterogeneous Contacting Efficiency for VOC Removal

This study introduced novel catalytic structure i.e., pleated microfibrous entrapped catalyst, with improved heterogeneous contacting efficiency i.e., high conversion and low pressure drop, at high gas velocities for VOC decomposition. This study also demonstrated the reaction mechanism, the influence of microsecond residence time on catalytic conversion.
